Refund policy
At Luminara, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order under the conditions outlined below.
Return Period
- You may return your order within 30 calendar days of receiving it.
- Returned products must be:
- In original condition
- With all original tags and labels attached
- In undamaged packaging
- Free of any signs of wear, use, or damage not caused by us
⚠️ Returns that do not meet these requirements may unfortunately not be accepted.
Return Process & Costs
- Always ship your return with a track & trace code. We cannot refund lost return shipments without proof of tracking.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- Returns are always made at the sender’s risk.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Refunds
- Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and approve your return.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Wrong or Defective Item
If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item at no additional cost.
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be canceled within 5 minutes of placing them.
- After this period, your order will enter processing and can no longer be canceled.
- If your order has already shipped, you may still return it in accordance with our return policy.
